Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Therapist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic services to diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Duties Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments utilizing clinical documentation standards and diagnostic tools such as ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding systems. Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and behavioral therapy tailored to individual client needs. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions with a focus on child & youth therapy, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and gender issues counseling. Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety in urgent situations. Utilize telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions while maintaining HIPAA compliance and clinical ethical guidelines. Document all patient interactions thoroughly in Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems following medical documentation standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management, treatment planning, and research initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. Valid licensure or certification as an Associate Therapist or equivalent in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), co-occurring disorders, and trauma-related conditions such as PTSD. Familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical terminology. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients across diverse backgrounds; experience in crisis intervention and social work is highly valued. Proficiency in clinical documentation standards, treatment planning software, EMR/EHR systems, and telehealth technology. $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
