Fortify Wellness is seeking a compassionate, engaging, and dependable AMFT, ACSW, or CADC to join our clinical team as a Group Facilitator . Fortify Wellness provides Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder treatment for adults through our PHP and IOP programs. We are looking for qualified behavioral health professionals who are confident leading groups and can create an engaging, supportive, structured, and clinically meaningful environment for our clients. Responsibilities Facilitate structured 90-minute therapy and/or psychoeducational groups within the scope of your credential Lead groups focused on topics such as CBT/DBT-informed coping skills, emotional regulation, relationships, trauma-informed recovery, relapse prevention, life skills, mindfulness, communication, and recovery Encourage client participation and healthy group interaction Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and group structure Complete required group documentation accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with therapists, case managers, SUD counselors, psychiatry, and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team Provide compassionate, client-centered care to individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders Available Group Times Monday-Friday 9:00-10:30 AM 10:30-12:00 12:00-1:30 PM 1:30-3:00 PM 1:30-3:00 PM Compensation Compensation is negotiable and will be based on credential, experience, and availability. Qualifications Candidates must hold at least one of the following California credentials/registrations in good standing: Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) Certified Alcohol/Drug Counselor (CADC) or comparable recognized SUD counseling credential Additional qualifications: Comfortable facilitating behavioral health and/or substance use disorder groups Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and able to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team Ability to maintain appropriate documentation and professional boundaries Experience with mental health, substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, PHP, or IOP populations preferred AMFT and ACSW candidates must meet applicable California supervision requirements This is an excellent opportunity for AMFTs and ACSWs seeking clinical experience and supervised hours , as well as CADCs interested in working with a diverse substance use and co-occurring disorder population.
