- $75 an hour 9 days ago Qualifications Teamwork Program development Outpatient experience Experience working with children Health information regulatory compliance Managing patient records Hospital experience Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a Licensed Behavioral Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist) to join our multidisciplinary mental health team.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker LMFT
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist LPCC
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor PhD or PsyD
- Licensed Psychologist Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred Experience in integrated care, medical settings, or private practice preferred Strong training in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based therapy, trauma-informed care, or solution-focused therapy Experience working with patients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic medical conditions, weight management, sleep, or lifestyle change Ability to provide short-term, focused therapy (30-45 minute visits) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) preferred Key Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based and wellness-oriented approaches Conduct biopsychosocial assessments , diagnose mental health conditions, and develop treatment plans Deliver brief, goal-oriented therapy aligned with integrated medical and wellness care Collaborate with primary care providers, nurse practitioners, and wellness clinicians to coordinate care plans Support patients with: Stress, burnout, and anxiety Depression and mood disorders Trauma and adjustment issues Weight management and lifestyle change Chronic illness coping and sleep concerns Provide crisis intervention and referrals when needed Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record Participate in team meetings, care coordination, and program development Help build and expand behavioral health and wellness offerings within the clinic What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and licensure Supportive, clinician-led practice environment Work in a modern, wellness-focused, and professionally run clinic
