Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to ascertain client needs, developing tailored therapeutic plans that meet diverse requirements. Facilitate individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.
