We provide Mental Health services to children, adolescents and adults. We are currently looking for Unliscenced social workers or unlicensed marriage and famliy therapist. We provide both group and individual supervision. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate non-licensed mental health therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to clients who may be experiencing mental health challenges, emotional distress, or difficult life situations. You will collaborate with a team of licensed professionals to deliver high-quality care to clients. Required Supervision will be provided.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Use evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health concerns
  • Monitor and document client progress in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop a comprehensive care plan
  • Participate in team meetings and case conferences to provide updates on client progress
  • Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of client care
  • Complete required documentation and paperwork in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
  • Must be registered as an Intern with the Board of Behavioral Sciences
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
