- We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various counseling techniques and possess a strong background in behavioral health and crisis intervention. This candidate will also have a passion for helping women and be experienced and//or trained in different trauma modalities.
Duties:
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals or groups
- Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs
- Develop treatment plans and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Implement psychopharmacology treatments as needed
- Collect and analyze data to improve patient outcomes
- help build curriculum and collaberate with other therapists on the team
- supervise unlicensed professionals where applicable
- go over and monitor documentation as needed
- run clinical meetings alongside CEO and other staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Licensure as a Therapist or Counselor in the state of practice
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques
- Knowledge of ICD-9 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
