A Mental or Behavioral Health Counselor works with patients to treat mental health problems. Assesses patients and assists with diagnosis, counseling and crisis intervention. Consults with nurses, doctors and psychiatrists. May work with specific populations, such as youth, senior citizens or substance abusers, in group settings, facilities or hospitals.

Short Hour 0.4 | AM | 7:00am•3:30 pm | Every Friday and Saturday Weekday shift differentials (10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift) Expected starting wage is $23.00•23.71. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) High School graduation or a G.E.D. equivalent At least one (1) year of direct service experience in a mental health setting Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
