Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Peer Specialist to join our dedicated team in a temporary part-time capacity, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position. The mental health professional will facilitate therapeutic groups. Must have knowledge in relapse prevention, mental health education, positive psychology, anger management, social skills and coping skills. Duties Facilitate therapeutic groups for patients. Qualifications Experience with crisis intervention, crisis management, behavior management techniques, and inpatient care settings preferred. Experience facilitating mental health groups. Strong communication and group facilitation skills. Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
