Thrive Counseling has been serving Denver's mental health needs since 2011. We've been growing steadily while taking care to provide excellent client care. We provide expertise that is evidenced-based, practical, and approachable. We are looking for a part OR full-time employee (will begin as part-time, as you build your caseload) to join our practice, at our Arvada location, who is as committed as we are to providing excellent service, building a great business, and creating an amazing place to work for mental health professionals.
You are:
  • A Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW or LPC)
  • Experienced and comfortable working with a range of clients and presenting problems.
  • Looking for a calm, quiet, and supportive place to work
  • Works great independently and wants to set your own schedule
  • Someone who loves the therapy work and dislikes excessive paperwork or bureaucracy
  • Are excellent at communication with clients, peers, and supervisors
  • Looking to work with high-functioning clients
  • Are willing to meet your client where they are at, and meet their scheduling needs
  • Not very interested in 'business building' for yourself-you are most passionate about the clinical work and happy working in a group practice setting
