Job Description
### Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide counseling and support to individuals dealing with mental health issues. You will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their overall well-being and achieve their treatment goals. ### Duties
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns
- Assist patients in developing coping strategies and skills to manage their symptoms
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including data collection and coding
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed ### Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Experience in addiction counseling, child/family counseling, or other specialized areas is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professional boundaries
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Full-time Pay:
$54,000.00- $68,000.
