About the Role We are seeking an experienced and licensed Christ-centered therapist who is highly trained and specializes in working with adolescents, teens and adults . The therapist who fills this position must also have formal training, and be working towards certification, in IFS, EMDR and/or BSP . This role is for in-person sessions at our beautiful office in Wheat Ridge, CO. At Cornerstone, a part-time caseload can take three-six months to build. Required:

Active CO license: LPC or LMFT (pre-licensed clinicians will not be considered) Formal training and working towards certification in at least one of the following:

IFS, BSP, EMDR A

strong Christian faith and ability to integrate faith-based approaches in therapy Experience and passion for working with adolescents, teens and adults with trauma Alignment with

Additional training in other evidence-based and trauma informed modalities Training in working with adolescents and/or children Experience working with neurodivergent clients

Your Commitment:

Weekly group supervision attendance (Wednesdays, 9-11am MT) Willingness to commit to at least two weeknight evening blocks or one weeknight evening and one Saturday block per week A minimum schedule availability of 15 hours/week, filling 80% of that schedule weekly, with a willingness to increase hours as your caseload fills Attend ongoing training and pursue specialization and certifications Build long-term client relationships (averaging 10+ sessions per client) Ready to use your gifts, training and experience to bring healing and hope?
