Job Description

Overview Join us as a 1099 Licensed Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorder Therapist. This position offers an exciting opportunity to get into private practice without the overhead, billing headaches, or administrative chaos. Just focus on your clients and we do the rest. Jessica Niek Recovery Counseling is expanding! While we have a deep-rooted foundation in substance use disorders and addiction recovery, we are actively diversifying to provide comprehensive care across the full spectrum of mental health and wellness. We are seeking driven, independently licensed clinicians (CT-based) to join our team in a full-time, in-office capacity.
The Role:
We are looking for versatile professionals to fill the following four positions: Full-time providers to work in office, in person to support our physical office location (20+ sessions/week is considered FT, may include telehealth sessions as client's need or prefer. You make your own schedule as to when you work). We are specifically looking for a mix of Addiction & Recovery Specialists (LADC - SUD/Co-Occurring focus) and Mental Health Practitioners (LCSW, LPC, LMFT focusing on broader clinical areas). Caseload Development While the practice provides some marketing support and will funnel appropriate referrals when possible, we are looking for individuals who are motivated to be an active part of building their caseload and maintaining a full clinical schedule.

Fee Split:
Clinicians receive 60% of collections.
Full Administrative Support:
We handle all billing, insurance follow-ups, and credentialing.
Systems:
Full access to SimplePractice EHR for seamless in-person and telehealth sessions and documentation.
Office Space:
Consistent, full-time access to a furnished suite
Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
Current Connecticut Independent Licensure:
LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC
etc. •
Pay:
$50-$79 per hour. Pay rates are based on the provider license type, session location, and session types/length.
Clinical Competency:
Expertise in your specialty and a desire to help grow our clinical footprint.
Professionalism:
Must maintain personal professional malpractice insurance.
Pay:
$50.00 - $79.00 per hour
