Our Wilmington office is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience advising on a range of alternative entity matters to join our Corporate team. Our team advises clients on all aspects of corporate and alternative entity law, including entities formed as limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and statutory trusts. This advice spans questions related to fiduciary duties, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, equity issuances and financings, formation, dissolution and liquidation, and various statutory matters, while working alongside a wide array of clients, including investors and private and public companies. Beyond core alternative entity work, associates gain exposure to the firm's broader M&A, emerging markets, and public company practices, reflecting the full range of matters that keep growing companies and their investors moving forward. We're looking for an associate with 3-5 years of law firm experience providing advice on a range of alternative entity matters, from formation through governance, reorganization, and dissolution. Successful candidates will already be licensed to practice in Delaware or willing to sit for the Delaware bar within their first year with the group. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates clearly with clients and colleagues alike, and is ready to take on meaningful responsibility early. Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, written, and interpersonal skills are essential. Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $260,000 - $365,000, based on year classification. Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
