Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Therapist to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services, including psychotherapy, clinical counseling, and crisis intervention, to diverse populations across various settings. Your expertise will help individuals and families navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges, fostering resilience and well-being. Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing tailored to individual client goals. Provide specialized counseling for children, families, individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, addiction issues, and geriatrics. Facilitate group therapy sessions and family counseling to promote communication and healing within support networks. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems for efficient record keeping. Collect data for clinical research projects and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the organization. Skills Extensive experience in psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing. Strong background working with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly populations across various settings including hospitals, community clinics, or home care environments. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards for safeguarding patient information and medical documentation best practices. Strong case management skills with the ability to coordinate services across medical providers, social services, educational programs or community resources. Excellent communication skills for engaging clients in individual or group counseling sessions while demonstrating empathy and cultural sensitivity.
