We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups. The LMHC or LCSW will assess clients' mental health status, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy sessions. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, primary care providers, and other Ensure confidentiality and maintain ethical standards in line with state and federal regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
