Assist with the Sexual Assault deliverables (Facebook, Meeting with law enforcement, hospitals, colleges and universities, etc.) Assist survivors and their families with necessary referrals. Works with staff in identifying gaps in services and formulates specific interventions to address concerns. Maintains appropriate records and reports in accordance with the policies and procedures of Abuse Counseling and Treatment, Inc., funding sources and as directed by the Chief Executive Officer. Provide case management for clients. Attends all monthly department and staff meetings. Provide information and assistance with filing compensation claims. Job Description
PURPOSE:
100% Provides crisis intervention, individual, family and group counseling; enrichment, case management, advocacy and other related services to victims of sexual assault. Maintains records. Provides follow-up and evaluates progress of clients.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides individual and group counseling for victims of sexual violence/assault. Advocate for victims of sexual violence and their families, with law enforcement and other professionals as needed.Assist with the Sexual Assault deliverables (Facebook, Meeting with law enforcement, hospitals, colleges and universities, etc.) Assist survivors and their families with necessary referrals.
