Job Description
Position Summary Agape Family Health is seeking a motivated Registered Behavioral Health Intern to join our interdisciplinary team. This full-time internship provides supervised clinical experience in a community-based setting and is designed for graduate students pursuing licensure in clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling. The intern must be registered at the Florida state level and receive ongoing supervision from a licensed supervisor. - Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clinical services: Provide therapeutic interventions for children (age 12+), adults, and families using evidence-based theories, approaches, and modalities. Maintain ethical standards and professional boundaries. Assessment & treatment: Evaluate clients, formulate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, conduct sessions, and maintain documentation in a community-based care setting. Learn and apply suicidality/crisis protocols as needed.
