In-person, telehealth, or hybrid About the Position Vita-Cog Community Health is expanding in Port Charlotte, and we are looking for compassionate, experienced, and dependable licensed clinicians to join our multidisciplinary practice. We welcome applications from Florida-licensed psychologists, LMHCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs who are interested in providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families. The ideal candidate is professional, collaborative, comfortable working independently, and interested in developing a consistent caseload. Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and/or family therapy within your areas of competence
• Complete clinical intakes and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate, and insurance-compliant documentation
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as appropriate
• Coordinate care with other providers when clinically indicated
• Follow all ethical, legal, HIPAA, and practice requirements
• Maintain a reliable schedule and communicate professionally with patients and administrative staff
• Participate in team communication and clinical collaboration as needed Minimum Qualifications
• Active and unrestricted Florida license as a psychologist, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
• At least one year of clinical experience following independent licensure
• Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology, or a master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
• Experience providing psychotherapy
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Professional liability insurance
• Ability to pass all required background screenings Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, behavioral concerns, relationship difficulties, or life transitions
• Experience working with insurance-based patients
• Experience providing telehealth services and using electronic health records
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Evening or Saturday availability is a plus What We Offer
