reviews $26.09 - $31.12 an hour - Part-time Maintains all services related to FITT program. Including assessment, service coordination, skills coaching, and psychotherapy for patients and families. Provide family-centered services in homes and other community settings. Provide intensive treatment interventions targeted to parents with Child Welfare cases determined to be unsafe. Establish a team based approach to planning and service delivery with community based care. Integrate treatment of substance use disorder, parenting interventions, and therapeutic treatment for all family members in one comprehensive treatment approach to include clinical children's services. Promote involvement in recovery oriented services and supports. Provide for immediate access to mental health and substance use services for parents in the child welfare system. Assist parents with substance use disorder recovery. Promote increased engagement and retention in treatment. Facilitate program completion and aftercare, if desired, to promote safety of children to develop a safe, nurturing and stable living environment. Provide information to update the safety plan, reduce the number of out-of-home placements, when safe to do so, and reduce rates of re-entry into the child welfare system. Ability to operate a vehicle in all road conditions day or night. Ability to pass a level II Background clearance and drug test. Valid FL drivers' license, insurance, and safe driving record. Dependable transportation (registered, safe operating conditions, etc.) Must maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct, while adhering to agency policies and procedures. Ability to use a computer and complete documentation in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in collaboration with other community partners. Ability to manage stressful situations and display appropriate work demeanor and boundaries. Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service. Strong oral and written communication skills.
