Description Job Title:
Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)
Compensation:
$47.50 per client session; paid bi-weekly
Employment Type:
W-2 Part-Time Employee;
Non-Exempt Schedule:
Office hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8am-7pm; 15-20 client contact hours/week
Location:
This is an in-person role based out of Cumming, GA Role Summary The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. The preferred candidate will be able to work with children ages 10 and up through adult. Licensed Therapist Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Maintain an active caseload of approximately 15-20 clients per week and have evening availability Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
$47.50 per session, W-2, Non-Exempt 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support Requirements Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc. Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
