We are a trauma-informed behavioral health practice serving youth, adults, and families across Hall and Gwinnett counties, including court-involved and school-referred clients. A significant portion of the families we serve speak Spanish as their primary language. This position exists so those families receive care in their own language — not through an interpreter.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments in English or Spanish, identify client needs, and build individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions matched to the client: CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-focused approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Carry a mixed caseload of individual, family, and group sessions.
  • Coordinate care with schools, probation officers, DFCS, prescribers, and community partners.
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time, in compliance with Georgia licensing rules, payer requirements, and HIPAA.
  • Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
  • Participate in weekly clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
WHAT YOU NEED
  • Active Georgia license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
(Associate-level clinicians —
LMSW, APC, AMFT
— are encouraged to apply; supervision is available.)
  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English, including clinical and written vocabulary.
  • Experience with adolescents, families, or court-involved populations preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Gainesville.
WHAT WE OFFER
  • Bilingual differential above base rate.
  • Full-time, part-time, and contract options.
  • Flexible scheduling built around your availability.
  • Free clinical supervision toward full licensure for associate-level clinicians.
  • CEU support and in-house training.
  • Administrative and billing support so you can focus on clinical work.
  • Established referral pipeline — you are not responsible for building your own caseload.
  • [Health insurance / PTO / retirement — keep only what applies]

Full-time salaried: $62,400
  • $83,200 per year, depending on licensure level and experience.
