Your responsibilities may include:
Therapy Conduct intake assessments including recommendations for treatment Provide individual, group and family therapies to people with mental health and substance abuse issues. Caseload management Maintain active caseload including engaging individuals in ongoing treatment. Maintain tracking system for treatment plans, and other required documents to meet program funder guidelines and program goals. Participate in clinical group meetings regarding ongoing treatment goals, progress and discharge as needed. Administrative Enter documentation into electronic medical records in accordance with agency guidelines. Provide supervision to non-licensed therapists, counselors and other staff as needed to support state requirements for licensing.
