Job Description
Our growing mental health practice is seeking Licensed Mental Health therapists (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LMSW) to join our team. Pay is hourly
DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.
SIGN ON BONUS AFTER EMPLOYED 3 MONTHS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing individual and/or family counseling to members
- Completing electronic documentation of sessions
- Proficient in assessing, diagnosing, treatment/discharge planning, and goal setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Completion of paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ability to operate independently and as part of our team.
- Clear understanding of Idaho state laws and liabilities regarding critical and ethical issues in counseling.
- Excellent ethical practices.
- Attend compensated monthly staffing/training.
