Job Description

Ascent Counseling is a locally owned counseling agency that has been serving the community since 2012. We are a practice committed to providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care while supporting the emotional, relational, and spiritual wellbeing of the individuals and families we serve. We are currently seeking one dedicated and compassionate clinician to join our growing team as either a W2 employee or 1099 subcontractor. This is a full-time Monday-Thursday position with a strong established referral base, consistent scheduling opportunities, and full front office administrative support so providers can focus on clinical care rather than office operations.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our EHR system (Simple Practice) Deliver services in accordance with ethical and professional standards
REQUIREMENTS
Master's level clinician with current Idaho licensure (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, etc.) Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities Ability to work independently while functioning within a collaborative team environment Commitment to professionalism, personal growth, and ethical care Ability to work with diverse populations If you are looking for a supportive, faith-based practice with strong community roots and a meaningful mission, we would love to connect with you.
