Do you have a heart for those working to find life outside of substance use and helping individuals manage mental health? Dragonfly is excited to offer an immediate, full time position in our Post Falls location for an ambitious, self starting, Licensed Masters level counselor to help us grow and shift our programs to meet our community needs. This individual will be self motivated and excited about working with people in both Substance use and mental health. Why work here? We provide flexibility in your schedule and room to grow. You pick your schedule and participate in collaboration with the other clinicians while forging your own path. We are always looking to grow and improve to meet the needs of a client. A professional but comfortable work atmosphere you can look forward to coming to. We provide supervision for licensure, if necessary and reimbursement for professional development. Full time caseload average is 30-34 client contact hours per week with potential compensation for administrative tasks and documentation.
Requirements:
Must be or quickly able to be licensed in the State of Idaho as a LMSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC or LMFT Must be able to pass an Idaho background check Must be willing to work with individuals in mental health and substance use Must be fun loving, enjoy laughing while working hard. Must be willing to work with Director and Program Manager to develop new programs and offerings for the clinic. Willing to work some early evenings Ability to utilize technology based programs. Ability to self initiate and manage accountability of self. Ability to laugh and have fun in a professional environment. Ability to be open, ask questions and facilitate healthy communication.
