The Counselor will provide individual, group, and family counseling to adults in early recovery from Substance Use Disorder. The counselor will work as a member of a team with ample opportunity for consultation and supervision. Documentation is accomplished through electronic medical records. This position will require working a minimum of one evening a week and one weekend day each week.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work. 1 or more years of social service experience. 3 or more years of continuous sobriety. Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work. Possess an active CADC, LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW license. Why Join Hour House?
