Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents Provide psychotherapy and counseling sessions to residents with various mental health conditions Monitor and evaluate residents' progress, adjusting treatment approaches as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff, social workers, and family members, to ensure holistic care Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all clinical interactions and treatment plans Educate residents and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards and policies
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Proven experience working with individuals in a residential or clinical setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport Knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive approach to care Our organization values growth, diversity, and a commitment to improving mental health outcomes.
