Job Description

Columbus Behavioral Center master's level therapist for our program. This program utilizes in-person treatment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving youth with mental health concerns, a drive to be part of a successful program, and ability to problem-solve and work independently.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing direct clinical services including group format, individual, and family services as needed Case management and treatment planning Timely documentation that reflects medical necessity Aftercare coordination Insurance utilization, prior authorizations, and follow-up Other duties as needed to promote program growth
Education:
Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinically related mental health field.
Experience:
Minimum requirement (1) year of experience providing direct clinical services (preferably with Adolescents.) Must have strong clinical assessment skills and working knowledge of the DSM.
License:
LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LMHC -A preferred. License required.
Preferred experience:
Patient population experience with youth and group therapy programming.
