About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and driven Therapist to join our inpatient substance abuse treatment center in Indiana. This role is responsible for managing a caseload of clients with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health conditions, guiding them through treatment from admission to discharge. The ideal candidate is passionate about recovery, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, and values being part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Schedule :

Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 7:00pm Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of patients (typically 5-15 clients) throughout the full continuum of care Conduct intakes, assessments, and orientation for new admissions Complete biopsychosocial assessments within 24-36 hours of admission Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for SUD and co-occurring disorders Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions Maintain timely and accurate documentation including: Group notes Individual and family sessions ASAM documentation Case notes and discharge summaries Diagnose mental health and substance use disorders within scope of practice Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members in daily staff meetings De-escalate crisis situations including AMA/ACA risk Communicate effectively with families and referral sources Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and accreditation standards

Qualifications Required:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Strong understanding of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders Experience in a behavioral health or addiction treatment setting (preferred 2+ years) Preferred Licensure (Indiana):

LSW, LMHC-A, LCSW, LAC, LCAC

Master's level clinicians are encouraged to apply and will be considered Knowledge, Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of addiction, recovery, and 12-step principles Familiarity with ASAM criteria and levels of care Ability to assess and respond to withdrawal symptoms and crisis situations Understanding of federal/state regulations, confidentiality, and patient rights Strong skills in: Clinical documentation Time management Communication and teamwork De-escalation and conflict resolution Work Environment Primarily indoor, clinical setting (inpatient treatment facility) Exposure to: Behavioral health crisis situations Patients in early recovery and withdrawal Collaborative, team-based environment with Clinical Leadership support
