Therapist schedules are designed around client needs while promoting consistency and work-life balance. Afternoon and evening availability is important, as many clients require appointments outside traditional business hours. Position Responsibilities Mental Health Therapists provide counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families with a variety of mental health needs.Responsibilities include:
Providing individual therapy services Completing assessments and treatment plans Maintaining timely clinical documentation Developing strong therapeutic relationships Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary treatment teams Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment as appropriate Maintaining ethical and professional standards We're Looking for Someone Who Is passionate about helping others Enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults Values collaboration and teamwork Demonstrates professionalism and accountability Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues Is committed to continued clinical growth and lifelong learningQualifications Required:
Master's degree in: Social Work Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related behavioral health field Current Indiana license or associate license: LSW or LCSW LMHCA or LMHC LMFTA or LMFT Psy.D.
