$49,000•$60,000 + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Launch Your Clinical Career in a Supportive Environment P3SG is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join a mission-driven behavioral health program supporting individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for newly licensed or early-career clinicians (CSW, LPCA) looking to build their clinical skills in a structured, team-supported setting . Why This Role is a Strong Fit for Early-Career Clinicians Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends or nights) $5,000 sign-on bonus Supportive leadership and collaborative clinical team Exposure to behavioral health and substance use populations Opportunity to develop clinical skills and gain experience Stable nonprofit environment What You'll Do Provide individual and group therapy Conduct assessments and assist with treatment planning Manage a caseload with guidance and team support Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings Support clients through recovery and discharge planning Maintain clinical documentation and compliance standards What We're Looking For Master's degree in social work, Counseling, or related field Active or pending Kentucky license ( CSW, LPCA preferred ) Open to candidates early in their clinical career Strong interest in behavioral health or substance use populations Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow Work Environment This is an on-site position in the Owensboro area within a structured behavioral health program . You'll work closely with a clinical team in a supportive setting.
