Seeking an experienced, license-eligible outpatient manager for a full-time role in Clarksville. Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy in an office setting. Manage a team of 6+ outpatient clinicians while maintaining a caseload of 25 clients weekly. Responsibilities include diagnostic assessments, therapy sessions, documentation, staff meetings, and client relationship building. Work hours are 9AM-6PM, Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays as needed. Qualifications include a Master's degree, 4+ years post-Master's clinical experience, and licensure (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT). Skills required are strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping abilities, knowledge of evidence-based practices, HIPAA, and ethics.
