We're looking for a compassionate, energetic, and dependable clinician to facilitate engaging therapeutic group sessions for school-aged youth during after-school hours. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician seeking a part-time schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. For the right candidate, this position also offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as our programs continue to grow and/or based on agency need and the interest and availability of the candidate. What You'll Do Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups for school-aged children. Create a safe, engaging, and supportive group environment. Utilize evidence-based interventions and age-appropriate therapeutic techniques. Complete required clinical documentation in a timely manner. Collaborate with clinical supervisors, school personnel, and treatment team members. Participate in treatment planning and team meetings as needed. Maintain ethical, professional, and trauma-informed standards of care.
