Join Flourish Counseling! We're looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who values connection, autonomy, and meaningful work. At Flourish Counseling, we focus on creating a space where both clients and counselors feel supported, respected, and able to grow. What You'll Do Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy Maintain a consistent caseload (referrals provided) Create and implement treatment plans Complete documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with a supportive team when needed What It's Like Here Beautifully designed, calming office spaces with natural lighting Steady referrals from an active waiting list Administrative team handles scheduling, billing, and intake Weekly consultation available Flexibility in building your ideal schedule What We're Looking For LPC or LCSW licensed in Louisiana Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field Passion for providing high-quality, client-centered care Why Flourish We've built a practice where clinicians can do their best work without burnout, unnecessary pressure, or chaos.
