Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our behavioral health team. In this role, you will provide essential mental health services to clients, supporting their emotional well-being and recovery. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, excellent client communication skills, and a strong commitment to evidence-based practices. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Maintain clear and thorough clinical documentation of all client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Stay informed about current trends and research in behavioral health to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all ethical standards and regulatory requirements related to mental health services. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field. Valid licensure or certification as required by state or local regulations for practicing mental health professionals. Experience working in behavioral health settings with diverse client populations. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health records systems. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
