Job Description

ReBYLT provides Community-based Outpatient Mental Health Rehabilitation Services. Our mission is to change our community by helping to overcome mental health challenges one individual and family at a time. We are licensed through the Louisiana Department of Health & Hospitals and have been CARF Accredited. We are seeking Mental Health Professionals to join our amazing team! You will provide mental health rehabilitation services in home and community settings.
Responsibilities:
Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues Offer assistance to individuals with behavioral issues Provide prevention-oriented therapy Implement and review treatment plans Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner Attend monthly supervision and staff meetings
Education:
Master's Degree (Preferred); Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) in either: Sociology Counseling Social Work Psychology Criminal Justice Rehabilitation services Special Education Early childhood education Secondary education Family and consumer sciences Human Growth & Development.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to build relationships with clients Proactive and Independent Work Ethics Strong leadership qualities Pass Background check and Drug Test Must have transportation Overtime often available: Yes Working days: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Typical end time: 8PM Typical start time: 7
