Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain assigned billable hours per week. Participate in collaborative meetings with Rehabilitation Services staff, other agencies or community and natural supports as needed; Be knowledgeable of and adept at child and adult mental health counseling; Provide strength-based, solution focused, client-centered supportive therapeutic services in home and community based settings; Be able, or willing to learn, to use computer interface to complete documentation for billing or other purposes as needed; Document services provided regularly, concisely, and completely in accordance with clinical standards by office deadline. Available for Supervision Meetings, trainings, and case management/staffing meetings as scheduled by Licensed Mental Health Professional; Return phone calls and emails promptly. Follow all safety rules. Obtain all required continuing education hours as required by appropriate licensing board Actively participate in all evaluations conducted by Rehabilitation Services. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A Mental Health Professional (MHP) must meet the following educational criteria: A Master's degree from an accredited university or college in the field of: Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Sociology With one of the following licensures: PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW or CSW.
