We are a collaborative practice and want more talented Master Level Psychology, Social Work or Counselor Education master degree level clinicians for a full time fee for service position in our Franklin Location. Experience in an outpatient mental health agency during or post graduate school is a requirement for this position. Job Duties:

Schedule appointments and utilize patient portal Conduct initial intake and assessment including diagnosis Document all sessions and contact with clients in our Electronic Health Record Communicate with billing and supervision teams regularly Develop and follow treatment plans that tie in with counseling sessions and medical necessity Meet regularly with clients and document ongoing medical necessity Attend trainings to gain knowledge of treatment options and best standards of care Meet weekly in individual and group supervision (Full time) Participate in team meetings and organizational events Be strength based and client centered Keep a record of your supervision hours conducted with your Elevate supervisor Follow all ethical guidelines set forth by your National Ethics Committee as well as
