SENIOR CARE THERAPY

seeks a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to seniors in long-term care, assisted living, and community settings. In this role, you will deliver individual and group psychotherapy in both English and a second language, via on-site visits and telehealth, addressing depression, anxiety, adjustment, grief, and cognitive/behavioral challenges. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and facility staff, complete timely documentation, participate in care planning, and contribute to a patient-centered, learning-focused culture.
