Job Description

Emergency Services Specialist:
Pines Behavioral Health is looking for an additional member to our mobile crisis team. Our crisis team responds with police to situations that are best addressed by a mental health professional. Responsibilities include responding to crisis situations in the community or at the agency as the clinical lead person of a 2-person response team and/or evaluating the need for inpatient admission. This contractual position (with benefits) provides a flexible schedule that includes an 8-5 p.m. work week generally Mon - Fri, and additional after-hour rotational coverage, which is compensated in addition to the hourly schedule. Experience with children and adults with mental health conditions and/or substance use is ideal. Master's degree with a Michigan licensure in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology or bachelor's degree in Social Work with either an LLBSW or LBSW licensure. Also required is a MCBAP substance use certification or development plan within 30 days of start (agency paid). Salary range up to $85,000 depending on degree, licensure, and experience.
