The therapist will provide daily individual and group counseling along with best-in-class treatment planning and care coordination under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services. Coordinate and facilitate the development of a discharge plan of care for the patient population which includes accountability for the complex discharge process. Qualifications Education:

Master's in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field is required Candidates with a Master's Degree in

Associate license OR full counseling license required. Candidates with a Master's Degree in

associate or temporary license in the state of employment required, full license preferred. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or acute psychiatric setting preferred.
