Days Schedule:
9:00am-5:30pm with weekends Provides behavioral health counseling services. Conducts patient assessments and establishes therapy treatment goals. Administers individual and group therapy. Maintains thorough and confidential records of observations. Evaluates progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions. Provides patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community. Works directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BLS
Provider preferred.American Heart Association Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. MCBAP credential preferred- High quality therapy skills Skilled with co-occurring disorders and trauma Professional and/or personal experience with recovery Exceptional ability to communicate and problem-solve with others

- Preferred experience with county systems (FOCUS/ODIN/MHWIN)
