Qualifications and Experience:

Certification or licensure as a Counselor, Social Worker, Psychologist, or equivalent mental health professional. Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling and therapy within school or pediatric settings. Background managing and positively impacting students with severe behavioral or emotional needs. Strong understanding of therapeutic interventions and individualized behavior support plans. Excellent communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention skills. Comfort working with K-8 age groups and adapting strategies across developmental levels.

Deliver individualized and group therapeutic interventions for students with intense behavioral challenges.
