What We're Looking For:

Licensed Therapist:

Hold a valid Missouri license in clinical social work (LCSW or LMSW) or counseling (LPC or PLPC). New graduates in the licensure clinical application process are welcome. The ability and motivation to contribute to a growing practice.

Experience & Expertise:

Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices. EMDR, play therapy, and/or ERP training or interest is a plus, but not required.

Compassion & Empathy:

A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.

Team Player:

Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Availability:

Some early evening availability required. Weekend availability is a plus.

Technology Knowledge:
