This impactful role offers a unique opportunity to positively influence children in grades K-8, serving a specialized population with significant behavioral and therapy needs. Youll work directly in a therapeutic classroom, collaborating with educators and staff to promote student success and emotional well-being. This flexible position welcomes experienced Counselors, Social Workers, or Psychologists and can accommodate either full-time or part-time availabilitywhether youre able to support students a few days per week or prefer a daily, half-day schedule.

Ideal Candidates Will Bring:

Valid license or certification as a Counselor, Social Worker, Psychologist, or related mental health professional Demonstrated experience providing therapy and mental health services, ideally in a school or pediatric setting Proficiency supporting students with severe behavioral and emotional needs Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Flexibility and resilience working in environments where needs are intense and frequently evolving Passion for fostering social-emotional growth and empowering students with tools for success

Responsibilities Include:

Delivering individual and group counseling sessions in dedicated therapeutic classrooms for grades K-8 Creating behavior support plans and collaborating with educators to implement interventions Providing crisis intervention, de-escalation, and ongoing emotional support Engaging families in discussions regarding student progress and challenges Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive, trauma-informed educational community Ready to bring your expertise to a role where youll truly make a difference?
