This role is ideal for a dedicated Paraprofessional or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about helping children thrive in a school setting while providing focused 1:1 support to pediatric learners.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Experience as a paraprofessional or RBT, especially within a school environment Strong understanding of pediatric behavioral intervention strategies Ability to deliver compassionate, patient, and consistent support to students with complex behavioral needs Effective team player, comfortable collaborating with educators and therapists Exceptional communication and observation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated 1:1 support to students, ensuring their safety and participation in daily classroom activities Assist with behavioral interventions and reinforce individualized educational and behavioral plans Support teachers and staff in fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere Document student progress, behaviors, and any incidents in accordance with school protocols Communicate regularly with education professionals and families regarding students progress and needs Adapt approaches to meet the changing needs of each student, offering encouragement and structure
