We're a growing private practice located in Midland, NC, serving the Charlotte area with a mission to help people heal, grow, and thrive. We're looking for a Licensed Clinical Therapist who shares our passion for helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. Our practice primarily serves children and adolescents , but we are also dedicated to supporting adults on their journey. If you're compassionate, collaborative, and eager to make a difference, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, with an emphasis on evidence-based treatment for youth . Conduct parental consultation and collateral sessions to support family systems. Coordinate care with school counselors, pediatricians, and other community professionals as needed. Build trusting, supportive relationships where clients feel safe to grow. Collaborate with our caring, professional team to provide well-rounded support. Bring creativity into your sessions and treatment plans (e.g., incorporating play or art modalities). Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Continue your own growth through ongoing training, individual, and group supervision.
