Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Professional must be actively involved in service delivery. The clinician is an individual who holds a license or provisional license (LCSW, LPC, LPA, LMFT, or LPA) with at least two years experience providing outpatient and assessment services to children, youth, adults, and families or can be a PhD or MD Level Clinician (within the scope of practice). The clinician will facilitate outpatient counseling services for consumers. Clinicians may be responsible for maintaining current authorization(s) for all services rendered and maintaining documentation of authorizations in the consumer's medical record. All clinicians are required to follow the ethical codes of their specific license, as well as Company's Code of Ethical Conduct.

From $30.00 per hour
