Job Description

Unique HCC is a provider under New Jersey Children System Of Care. We provide one on one services to individuals with an array of mental health disabilities: Intellectual Disabilities, Mental Health, Autism, etc. We are currently
SEEKING:
In-Home/In-Community Support Counselors Experienced providers with Behavioral Health and or Mental Health background to work with our Children/Youths•age 5 thru 21 years with special needs. Licensed and non-licensed clinicians to provide therapy for youths/children with special needs: mental health, autism. Intellectual disabilities Bachelor-level counselors to provide 1-1 in-home counseling based on client's needs. (at least one year experience) High School/GED to provide 1-1 in-home training/teaching/support on ADL skills. (at least two years' experience)

Degree:
HS/GED, AA, BA, MA, MS, PhD in related field Responsibilities•Maintain current mental health protocols•-Treatment plan. Facilitate counseling and provide individual and family counseling. Ensure compliance with mental health mandates and regulation=Professionalism. Identifying factors that may contribute to client's positivity. Provide 1-1 counseling according to individual needs. Applying different psychotherapy approaches to address problems. Educating individuals on cognitive, emotional and behavioral disorders Working with individuals, their loved ones and other health care professionals to develop treatment goals and care plans. Recommending to client's techniques for managing or coping with triggering factors Helping clients to develop habits and competencies to facilitate on-going improvement.
