Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a per diem Mental Health Clinician III for the department of Psychiatry at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, an ideal candidate will have a background in treating addictions and be able to provide clinical interventions for research projects within the division. Also provide support for other division projects, all of which have a focus on Opioid Use Disorder training, research and support services. Among the key duties of this position are the following: Provide clinical interventions in the context of research projects in the division. Participate in training and other project evaluations. Conduct face-to-face and virtual research interviews. Contribute to the development of distribution plans and distribute naloxone kits to professionals and the public. Travel to various agencies, organizations, and communities (e.g., criminal justice, drug treatment, healthcare, community center settings) throughout NJ; most travel will be in Central and Southern New Jersey. Sets up training rooms, equipment, and materials as required.
